What to have ready when you call
- Building address, approximate age, and foundation type if you know it
- Square footage or unit count, and how many separate buildings or slabs
- What prompted the question: lender, consultant, tenant, district, code
- Any deadline, especially a closing date or a plan check submittal
- Existing reports, if there are any. A prior Phase I saves us both time
